Part III

Our first stop  during the drive from Cuzco to the Sacred Valley of the Incas...

  

A quaint little town overlooking the city of Cuzco...  these two pictures were taken in the same plaza but from different angles!
 

 

Our first purchase and only 15 cents each... beautiful woolen bracelets hand woven by the peasants!

The local belief is that once you put the bracelet on you should not remove it until it breaks or else... I am still wearing it!

An amazing view of Yucay and Huayabamba... at this point we were at approximately 11,000 feet over sea level!
